Why Am I Not Approved For CaucusRoom?

If you have signed up for CaucusRoom but have not received an email that says you have been verified as a user, here are a few things to check:

  1. Have you verified your email? That is a necessary step to be verified as a user, so if you haven’t verified your email yet, please click “re-send verification email” on the top of the screen on CaucusRoom.com and click on the link in the email to verify your email address.
  2. Did you enter all of your information correctly when you signed up? In order to verify all of our users are real people (no bots or fake accounts!), we require that each user enters complete and accurate information when they sign up. This includes your full name, home address (no P.O. boxes please!) and your real birthdate. In order to check that the information you submitted is correct, please visit your profile page. If something is incorrect, please sign-up again here using the correct information. 

If you have followed the steps above and everything is correct, please reach out to support@caucusroom.com and we will work with you to verify your identity through alternative methods.
